"S-BASS-e"
Space! The final frontier! My wife is a Trekkie, but I
had never seen the show until recently. In fact, I had deliberately avoided
watching it for fear of getting hooked. At this point, catching up would be
quite an undertaking, what with several different TV series, a handful of
movies, books, etc. Nevertheless, I did start watching the original “Star Trek”
series via Hulu back in May, when Hitomi was in Boston. I liked it, but wasn’t overwhelmed
by it, and didn’t get hooked. I didn’t even get all the way through the first
season before losing interest. I guess my nerd credentials will have to take
the hit.
