This one comes from the Ashley Standing
period, when I was in Chicago during the mid-1990s. I don’t know why I suddenly
got the notion to write a lot of sexually charged songs, and tried to pass
myself off as some sort of male version of Madonna, but there it is. Sorta embarrassing
now.
Everything Conceivable
© 1994 Brian Hutzell
Tuesday night, still early in the week
Got my phone in hand, but I’m too tired to
speak
Hope I don’t appear too much of a jerk
If I just relax -- let you do the work
Speak to me; let me hear your voice
What’s my pleasure? It’s a difficult choice
Soon as I get this load off my chest
My imagination will do the rest
There are actions which the law prevents
Desires that don’t agree with common sense
But here with you, I can do everything
conceivable
Everything conceivable, everything
conceivable
My appetite’s unbelievable; I’ll take
everything conceivable
Escapades that I have planned
Others might not understand
You agree to walk me through
In the safety of my room
There are actions which the law prevents
Desires that don’t agree with common sense
But here with you, I can do everything
conceivable
Everything conceivable, everything
conceivable
My appetite’s unbelievable; I’ll take
everything conceivable
For a minor fee, you humor me
Say my lust is fine to keep me on the line
When we disconnect, you wonder if I’ll
attempt everything conceivable
Everything conceivable
There are actions which the law prevents
Desires that don’t agree with common sense
But here with you, I can do everything
conceivable
Everything conceivable, everything conceivable
My appetite’s unbelievable; I’ll take
everything conceivableBrian Hutzell, 1996
